George W. Bush is one of Boris’s political heroes.
Boris was a keen supporter of Bush in both the 2000 and 2004 US elections, and has strongly backed all his most controversial moves, such as opposing the Kyoto climate change agreement and invading Iraq and Afghanistan.
No wonder people call him ‘George W. Boris’.
Regarding South Africa, Boris described Nelson Mandela as leading “the majority tyranny of black rule” just a few years ago.
If Boris is elected this May, who knows what changes he might like to make in Parliament Square?
