My post was about Boris giving out one message on TV and another when he wasn't aware he would end up on TV; and the fact that he has been avoiding admitting the true cost of this policy for months yet suddenly just came out with it yesterday. The fact that buses are capital rather than revenue expenditure is completely irrelevant to any of those points.
