I think I'll go with Mr. Porritt. What it does mean is that Boris is much better able to run London then Red Ken. Ken has been a disaster for London and only been able to implement a useless, ideologically left driven agenda. Boris is more intelligent then Ken, better able to govern then Ken and the onlyone who can keep Londoners safe and turn the city green.
